What is Reflexology?
A harmless therapy using finger pressure
on specific points of your feet corresponding with parts of the body. I have studied the Eunice D. Ingham Method.

Therapists can stimulate the body to heal itself to return
to harmony and balance in your life.
Reflexology is a holistic health treatment (working on the whole body not just a sore spot).

Mindful Eating Practice

What is Mindful Eating?
Mindful eating involves paying full attention to the experience of eating and drinking, both inside and outside the body. 
We pay attention to the colors, smells, textures, flavors, temperatures, and even the sounds (crunch!) of our food. 
We pay attention to the experience of the body. Where in the body do we feel hunger? Where do we feel satisfaction? What does half-full feel like, or three quarters full?
Not all of these tips may feel right for you — try a few and see how they work for you

  1. Reflect... HOW HUNGRY AM I?
  2. Sit down. ...
  3. Turn off the TV (and everything else with a screen). ...
  4. Serve out your portions. ...
  5. Pick the smaller plate. ...
  6. Give gratitude. ...
  7. Chew 30 times. ...
  8. Put down your utensil
  9. Pause between bites
