What is REFLEXOLOGY

What is Reflexology?
A harmless therapy using finger pressure
on specific points of your feet corresponding with parts of the body. I have studied the Eunice D. Ingham Method.

Therapists can stimulate the body to heal itself to return
to harmony and balance in your life.
Reflexology is a holistic health treatment (working on the whole body not just a sore spot).

Those suffering from migraines, stress, muscular tension could hugely benefit from a regular foot reflexology!

 60 minutes $60
75 minutes $75 includes a gentle leg massage using Calendula Oil

                                                                                       CALENDULA OIL
                                                                                        $20 for 200ml

I had a 75 minute Reflexology and leg massage, it was very relaxing. I felt
tension in my body go away.  I  highly recommend Karin Lummis studio for massage treatments.

Mindful Eating Practice

What is Mindful Eating?
Mindful eating involves paying full attention to the experience of eating and drinking, both inside and outside the body.
We pay attention to the colors, smells, textures, flavors, temperatures, and even the sounds (crunch!) of our food.
We pay attention to the experience of the body. Where in the body do we feel hunger? Where do we feel satisfaction? What does half-full feel like, or three quarters full?
Not all of these tips may feel right for you — try a few and see how they work for you

  1. Reflect... HOW HUNGRY AM I?
  2. Sit down. ...
  3. Turn off the TV (and everything else with a screen). ...
  4. Serve out your portions. ...
  5. Pick the smaller plate. ...
  6. Give gratitude. ...
  7. Chew 30 times. ...
  8. Put down your utensil
  9. Pause between bites

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE, a real treat

Indian Head Massage
Because of the close working relationship between the upper arms, shoulders, neck and head, Indian Head Massage has been developed to work on all tension carrying areas, NOT just the head.
We are not using oils or anything else for this treatment.

Some of the benefits are:
  • relief from headaches
  • relief of neck /shoulder stiffness
  • better sleep
  • more movement in arms/shoulders
  • whole body relaxation
If you want to try this truly relaxing massage then please contact me for an appointment:
