Heel and pointy shoes should be for special occasions only.
Wearing them everyday damages your feet.
The ideal is to leave a little bit of space between your toes and the end of your shoe.
Don't buy shoes so large your feet slip in them.
2. Nail Care
Cut nails straight across or in a slight curve but don't cut into corners as this can lead to ingrown nails.
Do not cut nails too short or leave them to grow too long.
3. Get rid of your jandals.
Feet have to act as a a claw to keep them on, and they are very unstable.
Small muscles have to work very hard, which results in injuries and tired muscles.
|get rid of your jandals!|
You cannot walk normally wearing jandals.
Wear sandals instead!
